Interfaith Community for Jewish-Christian mixed marriage families in Boston that celebrates the distinctiveness of both traditions, providing religious services and education for adults and children. It does not aim to blur the traditions or to discourage affiliation with church or synagogue.

In March of 2008, the Interfaith Community's Boston chapter began its programing with an open house in Cambridge, MA. The community held a model Passover Seder in April, and in May, a screening and discussion of the film "Jews and Christians: A Journey of Faith."

Now, the Boston chapter continues to grow under the direction of chapter chairs Kate Hornstein and Andy Brody, both dedicated to serving the needs of the many interfaith famillies in the Boston area.

This year, IFC Boston plans to continue to hold family services and celebrations for major holidays, including a Shavuot/Pentecost year-end celebration and picnic in June.

IFC Boston will offer additional holiday services, and a children's course on "Bible Heroes" in the Fall of 2009.
