Clay Dockery, Program Coordinator and senior Christian educator
Clay Dockery develops and coordinates Interfaith Community programs with primary responsibility for overseeing curriculum and teaching. He has taught both children and adults in several IFC locations and served in a wide range of other capacities as an IFC staff member since 2004. A 2008 graduate of Union Theological Seminary (M.Div.), he is now an ordained Deacon of the Broadway Presbyterian Church (NYC), where he often preaches and where he has previously taught Sunday school and served as youth ministry coordinator. His educational background also includes extensive experience in informal education/ camping and as a teacher in public schools. He is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia.
Laura Morrison, consultant for external affairs/administration
Laura Morrison designs and implements a range of external affairs functions, especially in communications and fundraising, as well as several administrative functions for the Interfaith Community. She has been with the IFC both full-time and part-time since 2008. She has worked in similar capacities for the Parkinsons Disease Foundation and for the MAMTA Health Institute for Mother and Child (New Delhi). She holds a B.A. from the University of Rochester.
Susan S. Needles, counseling counsultant
Susan S. Needles, LCSW, is a family and couples therapist with long experience with interfaith couples counseling. She designed the Outreach Program for the Union of American Hebrew Congregations beginning in 1987, where for many years she led the couples workshops. She has led interfaith couples workshops for the Interfaith Community since 2003. She holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan and MSW from Smith College.
